How is the Snail Slime obtained?
For the manufacture of cell-1 Skin Care the SNAIL SLIME of the large Roman snails (Helix Aspersa) are used.
The snails are placed on a kind of treadmill in an adapted tempo and climate. As the snail begin to move, the treadmill spins (like snail fitness :D) and the remaining slime drips into a trough.
Once the snails only secrete the snail slime under certain conditions, all must be adapted to their needs and the snails have to feel comfortable.
All the snail slime is then processed into a powder (for hygienic reasons) and then transformed back into a gel together with our remaining ingredients. That is the gel-like result of cell-1 Skin Care. It smells very soft sweet and fresh at the same time.
*The percentage of SNAIL EXTRACT in our gel is an absolute company secret (otherwise anyone could imitate cell-1 skin care 1:1) But it has far more than many other snail creams. The slime/gel-like consistency is proof of this, like original snail slime*
